He Jiri Hudler Authentic Jersey may be the first Bay Area player chosen in this week’s NFL draft, but Fresno State wide receiver Davante Adams didn’t even take up the sport seriously until his junior season at Palo Alto High.

Something did. Adams became a star during his redshirt freshman season at Fresno State, evolving quickly into quarterback Derek Carr’s favorite target and a possible first round pick in the NFL draft that runs Thursday through Saturday.
"We’re expecting Thursday," said Adams, who decided to leave Fresno State despite having two more years of eligibility. "If Friday happens, we’ll go from Brandon Saad Authentic Jersey there."
